Governor reverses stand on shelters, reinstates waiting period

In the interest of being fair....He did today announce he has reversed his stand on this issue and shelters have reinstated the 6 day waiting period. I feel this is a victory for pet owners and pets in California! ! ! Way to go Gov. Schwarzenegger!

I wish it hadn't taken thousands of complaints and protests to your office in order for you to change your position but lets face it the important thing is you made the right choice!
