Cheney Defends Use Of Four-Letter Word

Vice President Cheney on Friday vigorously defended his vulgarity directed at a prominent Democratic senator earlier this week in the Senate chamber.

I tried not to address this particular story on the blog, Lord knows I tried, but I just can't stand it anymore! You have to admire the total hypocrisy of the Republican Party leadership. I mean gee they can have it both ways. While preaching family values and moral superiority out of one corner of their mouths, and spitting hateful foul language out the other side of their mouths, all right on the Floor of the United States Senate!

When John Kerry made an off color, off the record comment about the Republican Party in general he was persecuted by the so-called “liberal media” and told he should have been more careful! He was harshly criticized for not apologizing right after it happened. But good ole Dick Cheney can spout off “FUCK YOU” to Senator Leahy (D-VT) and is cheered on by his party saying it was long over due. Mr. Cheney, honestly is this the type of family values you really want to teach your Christian conservative followers? Definitely not in my household, but somewhere on earth, I’m sure there are polite well mannered, well dressed Christian conservative children who look up to you. What kind of example are you teaching them?

Since as I said, there are no polite well mannered, well dressed Christian conservative children in my household, I have but one thing to say to you Vice President Cheney. . . F U C K YOU TOO!
